*By submitting this form, I understand that I am not guaranteed an appointment, this is only a request to see if the artist is interested in taking on my project.

Once I have agreed to take on your project and give an appointment date, a release form will be sent out to you that needs to be submitted within 72hr of being sent, *if not submitted in this time frame your date will be released to the next client waiting.
An invoice will be sent after release form is submitted with requested deposit for your project. (please give up to 48hr for this to be processed) *If your invoice has not been sent by 48hr please give the studio a call, your email might have not been entered properly.
All deposits must be paid within 72hrs of invoice being sent to secure your appointment day and time. Deposits not paid in this time frame are subject to cancelation.
